3 DAYS TSAVO EAST AND LUALENYI SAFARI ITINERARY:

Day 1: Tsavo East National Park Exploration

​

Commence your journey with an early 06h00 pick-up from your hotel, embarking on an enthralling drive along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway. As the landscape transitions from coastal to semi-arid, anticipation builds for the grandeur of Tsavo East National Park.

 

Arrival at the park gate heralds the start of a thrilling safari game drive. Revel in the sighting of resident wildlife as we head towards your accommodation. Tsavo East, famed for its elephant herds, lions, and diverse wildlife, presents an array of natural wonders including ostriches, giraffes, buffalo, and more.

 

Upon reaching Lion Hill Safari Lodge, indulge in a sumptuous lunch and unwind before an afternoon game drive. at 16h00 we depart to seek out more wildlife and ornithological marvels in their natural habitat, returning to the lodge before sunset for an exquisite dinner and a restful overnight stay.

 

Day 2: Lualenyi Private Reserve Expedition

 

Begin the day at 06h30, embarking on a morning Game Drive to search for the majestic big cats as they return from their nocturnal pursuits. We then return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast and check-out, when we then set off for Lualenyi Camp near Tsavo West reserve.

Nestled within its private wildlife sanctuary bordering Tsavo West, Lualenyi Camp offers unparalleled encounters with iconic African wildlife, including lions, elephants, and unique fauna. After a seamless check-in and a delectable lunch, embark on an extended game drive at 16h30, transitioning into a captivating night safari, unveiling the secretive world of nocturnal wildlife. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner by the campfire, beneath the blanket of stars.

Day 3: Morning Safari & Departure

Kickstart the morning with an early 06h00 breakfast, preceding an extended morning game drive in pursuit of wildlife and elusive big cats. Pause during the safari for a rejuvenating coffee break and relish a specially prepared bush brunch around 11h00, shaded by a sprawling tree.

As the safari draws to an end, bid farewell to the serenity of Lualenyi Camp. Begin the return journey via the Mombasa-Nairobi highway, soaking in the scenic vistas, and culminating with a drop-off at your hotel. This marks the conclusion of a memorable 3-day Tsavo East and Lualenyi Camp safari, leaving you with treasured memories of an exceptional wildlife expedition.

OUR ADVICE:

In Tsavo and Lumo the day time temperatures can get very warm while evenings can get quite cool, do remember to carry appropriate clothing.
